Physical Fitness Testing On Friday, August 22nd the students participated in a series of physical fitness tests including the pacer run, curl ups and push ups. Their body fat percentage was also calculated using a special scale that uses their age, gender, height and weight as factors. Students will be setting goals related to their data, and as a grade level we will be training for a Physical Fitness Day at the end of the year where students will take these same tests again, and hopefully improve!
